D1=8400mm kaplan runner blade made for Toshiba Hydropower Equipment (HangZhou) Co., Ltd, and installed in Suzhi Power Station of Qinghai Province - the casting uses VOD ultra-low carbon refined casting, using the material of ZG00Cr13Ni5Mo ,with a cast weight of 20.5T/piece, and the blade is formed by N/C machining
